Limited Release. The Pinot Noir (29%) grapes were harvested first and were pressed upon arrival at the winery and treated as a white wine with a stainless-steel ferment, at cool temperatures to maximize fruitiness. The Pinot Gris (36%) and Pinot Blanc (35%) were picked at the same time, pressed together and co-fermented in 700 litre concrete eggs and in a 4300-litre concrete tulip-shaped tank. Both batches were blended together in January and then put back to age on fine lees in both the concrete and the stainless-steel tanks for 6 months before fining and filtering and bottling. Limited production of 1,155 cases.

Pure, clean fruit aromas of melon, red apple, and Anjou pear, with a note of almond. This Pinot blend shows a smooth yet refreshing mouthfeel with a medium-bodied frame and flavours of orchard fruits and a touch of citrus on the palate. The refreshing finish provides notes of green apple, citrus, melon, and spice.
