Our dry Riesling shows a pale yellow hue and opens with bright aromas of citrus and stone fruit. On the palate, a burst of citrus and vibrant, mouth-watering acidity lead the way. Notes of white peach, yellow plum, and delicate florals follow, with a subtle minerality that lingers on the finish. Enjoy with spicy vegetarian thai curry, sesame chicken, grilled seafood, or fish tacos.
WINEMAKING
The Riesling grapes were harvested from Hidden Terrace Vineyard within the Oliver Region of the Okanagan Valley. The grapes were gently pressed, cool fermented and aged in stainless steel dimple plate tanks. Limited production of 850 cases.
FLAVOUR PROFILE
Clear and bright with a pretty aroma of tropical fruit, yellow apple, peach blossom, and delicate perfume. This Riesling has a light framework, mouth-watering acidity, and is refreshingly dry. A citrus bowl of fruit flavours awaken the palate, followed by notes of white peach, and yellow plum. Refreshing citrus, green apple, and floral, along with site specific minerality, linger on the finish.
