Extra dry, this medium bodied earthy Pinot Noir is bright and delicious. A great lighter red wine to kick off most meals, with grapes grown in Okanagan and Similkameen Valleys, this wine was barrel aged in French oak for 12 months.
With classic Pinot flavours of red cherry, pomegranate and earth, during hot weather slightly chill this Pinot Noir and serve with thin crust pizza, mushroom pastas and risotto, roasted veal chops, and any summer salad with feta and tomato.

ABOUT THE WINE
The grapes for our Pinot Noir were hand-harvested September 15, 30 and October 2 from Road 5 and Anderson vineyards in Oliver in the Okanagan Valley, and the Rocky Ridge Vineyard in the Similkameen Valley. The bunches were destemmed, but not crushed, except for Road 5 Vineyard. The grapes were cold soaked for 2 days and fermented on skins for 12 days. The wine was then placed in French oak barrels for 12 months (2% new, remainder older French oak barrels).
TASTING NOTES
A bright garnet colour with a bouquet of cherry and red plum fruit, balanced by spice and oak notes. A light to medium-bodied elegant Pinot Noir with flavours of cherry, spice, and oak. Notes of cherry, pomegranate, spice, earth, and oak linger on the extra dry finish. Enjoy now through 2026.
