A rare Canadian Malbec with a rich bouquet and flavours of dark fruits, baking spice, black tea and violet.

This rare Canadian Rooster is attracting plenty of attention. The alluring bouquet of dark plum, blueberry jam, sweet smoky oak, chocolate and baking spice draws you in closer. This full-bodied wine has juicy, fruit-forward flavours of blackberry and dark plum, accented by oak and spice. The extra-dry finish shows notes of black tea, cocoa powder, spice, dark plum and black cherry.
Excellent with grilled red meats; roasted leg of lamb; four bean stews; beef tenderloin wrapped with bacon; prime rib roast; roasted beets; extra old aged Gouda and three year old cheddar.
