and citrus zest. The palate is bright and silky, with juicy red berry fruit and a gentle touch of sweetness that softens the
acidity and adds roundness. Fresh and lively through the finish, with subtle mineral notes and a delicate, refreshing lift that invites another sip.
Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre were harvested from vineyards in the South Okanagan and pressed whole-cluster, each varietal handled separately. Fermentation took place in concrete, where the wine aged for four months, allowing texture and complexity to develop while preserving freshness and purity of fruit. After this maturation, the three components were thoughtfully blended, bringing together their individual characters to shape the final Rosé.
