WINEMAKING
Grapes were sourced from select vineyards in Oliver and the Similkameen Valley, then gently pressed and cool-fermented in
stainless steel to preserve their freshness. From there, the wine followed a variety of thoughtful paths: a portion underwent
malolactic fermentation for added creaminess, some lots were enhanced through bâtonnage, others spent time in new French
oak, while the rest remained bright and crisp in stainless steel. In the end, each component was brought back together, creating a beautifully balanced Chardonnay with vibrant fruit, subtle oak, and a silky, refined texture.
